Being shortlisted in the People and Culture category highlights the importance we place on wellbeing, inclusion, and engagement. Over the past year, we have continued to invest in creating an environment where our teams feel supported, empowered, and genuinely part of the AOC family. From modernising offshore facilities and improving cabins, gyms, and communal areas on the Anasuria FPSO, to aligning work schedules to improve work-life balance, we have sought to make every day better for those who dedicate their skills and energy to our operations.
